  We had 2 15x 10 storage lockers with Apple Storage since January when we sold our home to move to a different province. The units were very clean, well lighted and very easy access coming and going. There its 24 hour security cams and gate. They were very friendly during our whole process and we highly recommend them for your storage solutions.

  The space is clean, rates reasonable, and staff friendly enough however they refuse to refund money when owed. I moved out of my unit halfway through the month, have adequate notice, and was assured that the remaining half would be refunded to me. I received nothing. Contacted their head office and was told that yes indeed a cheque was mailed and yet nothing has come to me. This is not the first time that they've ripped me off. It's been 2 months since I vacated the unit and a 5 weeks since head office claims they mailed the cheque out. Crooks and scam artists.
